[text] gentle reminder that you don’t need an official dynamic to be a caregiver. if you have care in your heart and genuinely care about the persons beside you, that already means the world. sometimes small acts of kindness and warmth create the safest spaces. :)

[image] creating a cozy tent for your little so that when they feel overstimulated, they have a safe space to self-regulate and rest at their own pace. adding a lot of title’s love, soft blankets, dim lights, comfort items and judgment-free so they feel protected and can unwind gently.
