[text] I approach home ownership the same way. If I was waiting on the “perfect” house a Paddington to fall within my budget then. Well that wouldn’t be practical. I bought what I had access to and could afford. One of the best wealth decisions I have made.

[text] Advice for young people that want to be property owners. When you’re young. You have a huge advantage. Time. Many have more time than they have capital. If you can find an undervalued property, you can convert some of that time into actual value ($$).

[text] This can actually teach a lot of us a great lesson about property ownership. Start with what you can afford. Even if it’s just the land at first. Then you cut the land. Foundation, sewerage etc. Buy material as you have it. Don’t be afraid to ask for help.
